Zusammenfassung:	A system (30) and method for accessing an annulus (18) within a wellhead assembly (10A) while the annulus (18) is pressurized. The system (30) includes a tubular body (32) with an attached valve assembly (52) and adapter (54). The adapter (54) to the wellhead assembly (10A) with a sealed annular fitting. The body (32) houses a selectively extendable plunger assembly (34) rotatable by an attached motor (48). A bit or milling device (50) is provided on the end of the plunger assembly (34), so that selectively extending the plunger assembly (34) through the valve assembly (52) and adapter (54) contacts the bit (50) against the wellhead assembly (10A). An opening is formed through the wellhead assembly (10A) with the rotating bit (50) allowing access to the annulus (18).
