Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:	An elongate body 1 having a front end 4 approximately the same shape and size as a human fist, the front end including a substantially planar impact surface 8, a plurality of fins 10 also extend from the body and are substantially aligned with a longitudinal axis of the body and weighting means arranged along the elongate body such that after an impulse is delivered by a player's fist to the impact surface the body rotates to travel with the impact surface facing in the new direction of travel. Preferably the impact surface extends substantially perpendicular to a longitudinal axis of the body and the weighting means are located adjacent to the front end of the body. Optionally the weights are formed of plastics material and the fins are located adjacent the rear end of the body. The body may also comprise sensor means which, when a player punches the impact surface activate a sound generation means.
