Zusammenfassung: | A generator stator mounting system includes a generator frame comprising an outer annular support coupled to an outer axial bar such as spring bar 78 and an inner axial bar such as key bar 82 that is coupled to the stator. A spring ring 84 is removably coupled to and is circumferentially aligns the inner and outer bars by guide 88 and guide 86. The spring ring guide 86 can comprise a U-bolt clamp 90 about the spring bar and a clamp plate 92 having a radial shim (fig 6, 108). The key bar guide can comprise a machined recess 97 in the inner surface of the spring ring to circumferentially align the stator and have a radial shim (fig 6, 97) and a clamp plate 94 secured by fasteners 98 either side of the spring ring. The key bar can engage a dovetail slot in the stator and the spring bar can extend through axial openings in a ring-shaped plate (fig 2, 76) of the outer annular support. The stator mounting can include plural axially spaced annular supports, plural axially spaced spring rings, and plural circumferentially spaced key bars and spring bars. The mounting system facilitates accurate positioning of the key bars without post-assembly welding or machining. |
