| Zusammenfassung: | A method of scanning both sides of a substrate 20 comprises capturing an image 100 of markings 60, 62, 50, 52 on the front and back by imaging the printed substrate 20 from one side only so that the markings on the back 60, 62 show through the material of the substrate 20. The relative positions of images on the front and back of the printed substrate 20 are then checked for alignment and adjusted if necessary. This alignment/adjustment data may then be used in a subsequent printing operation or used to calibrate a printer used to print such substrates. |
