Zusammenfassung:A method for forming an electrolytic capacitor anode, the method comprises compacting a powder that contains a valve metal composition into a pressed pellet; sintering the pressed pellet to form an anode body 50; and anodizing the anode body in the presence of an electrolyte to form a dielectric layer 52, wherein the electrolyte comprises a surfactant, wherein the surfactant is nonionic or anionic and constitutes from about 0.01 wt.% to about 20 wt.% of the electrolyte. Preferably the surfactant is sulfonic acid or a polymer such as polyethylene glycol. Additionally a solid electrolyte layer 54 is disposed over the dielectric layer. Preferably he acid constitutes from 0.01 %wt to 50 %wt of the electrolyte.
