Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:	A power generation technology utilizing tidal power or wave force, especially a power generation technology utilizing a piezoelectric element. A system for generating power efficiently in the water or on a vessel by using tidal power or wave force is provided. The invention has such a structure that power generation modules (5a, 5b) each having a piezoelectric element (14) are held between plates (1a, 1b, 1c) and the plates are fastened by means of two flanges (9b, 10) fixed to a rod (3) penetrating the plates. When the rod (3) inclines due to water flow, the piezoelectric element (14) is compressed by the two flanges (9b, 10) thus generating power. When the rod (3) is restored from inclination due to reduction of water flow, thickness of the piezoelectric element (14) is restored thus generating power.
