Zusammenfassung:A chocolate product comprising cocoa and one or more chocolate making ingredients is further blended with an additional cocoa component which contains a higher concentration of cocoa polyphenols in order to raise the total level of polyphenols of the mixture. The additional cocoa component is cryogenically milled whole full fat cocoa beans. These cocoa beans may be predominantly unfermented, with or without their shells and lightly roasted or not roasted at all.
