Zusammenfassung: | A slide bearing, in particular for a conveyor belt in an oven, comprises a bearing sleeve 1 on which a ring or bush 2 is rotatably arranged. The ring or bush 2 is made up of an outer metal ring 2a and an inner carbon ring 2b. The outer metal ring 2a acts to protect the inner carbon ring 2b so that the bearing still has the properties of a carbon bearing, even at high temperatures. The carbon ring 2b is preferably push fitted within the metal outer ring 2a and therefore to aid stability the wall thickness of the carbon ring 2b is preferably greater than the wall thickness of the outer ring 2a. The bearing sleeve 1 may have a collar 1b, the height of which corresponding to the wall thickness of the carbon ring 2b and a disk 3 maybe arranged on the bearing sleeve 1 so that the inner ring 2b sits within a groove formed by the bearing sleeve 1 and the disk 3. |
