Zusammenfassung:	A long-length hose is spliced from two or more hoses containing an inner sealing layer 1A, 1B, at least two spiral reinforcing plies 11, 12, and a cover. The inner sealing layer is formed by leak-tight splicing of liners 1A, 1B and the reinforcing plies 11,12 are embedded into filling / adhesive material 7 inside a rigid outer sleeve 4, at the location of the splicing. The plies 11, 12 of each spliced hose may be overlapped within the rigid outer sleeve 4.
