The method being applicable to any type of seating, including but not limited to vehicle seating commonly employed in automobiles, watercraft, aircraft, etc. The method comprises overlaying a shaped data object relative to an architectural drawing in a computer assisted drawing (CAD) application in order to facilitate assessing component position and shape with desired structural boundaries. The shaped data object may comprise a seat pan conforming to, or exceeding the 'Oscar' performance requirements. |
