Zusammenfassung:An optical module, especially mirror module, comprises a stack 10 of wedges (1, 2, 3, 4) which are rotatable and/or shiftable with respect to one another to position a sensor or measurement head which is set on top of the stack. The wedges are fixable in several positions. Disc springs 5, bolt 6 and nuts 7,8 are shown. An optical module may comprise interfaces (31-33, Fig.4) for at least one projection optic box. Ball-cup interfaces (17,18, Fig.3) may be used. The projection optic box may be made of ceramic with a low thermal expansion coefficient.
