The seating member 7 has a body portion that is received in an opening 2 in the panel member 1 and a head portion that overlies the panel member 1 around the opening 2. The fastening member 8 has a head that is received in a recess in the body portion of the seating member 7 and a shank that extends through a hole in the base of the recess.
