Zusammenfassung:Structural reinforcement in vehicle structures is provided by inserted parts which are designed with at least two sections which provide different forms of reinforcement to provide reinforcement against two or more of front crash, side crash, rear crash, roll over and strength against noise, vibration and harshness. The reinforcement member may be a plastics moulding, with a foamable material applied. Various tabs may be present to facilitate location in the vehicle structure and/or to facilitate robotic handling.
