Motion-blur in a virtual 3D space

A a computer generates a space image including a moving body moving in a virtual 3D space based on a visual point. A visual point control unit controls the visual point according to movement of the moving body so that the moving body is arranged at a predetermined position in the space images. A background image generation unit generates an image in the 3D space except for the moving body as a background image based on the visual point. A blur processing unit performs predetermined blur processing to the generated background image to generate a background blur image. A moving body image generation unit generates a moving body image based on the visual point and a space image generation unit synthesizes the generated moving body image and the background blur image generated by the blur processing unit to generate the space image.
