Zusammenfassung:A data acquisition, storage and delivery apparatus is disclosed, having a networked computer, on which is provided an acquisition agent 10. The agent 10 has access to usage data from a plurality of different communications resources 12,16,18,24,28, such as telephone exchanges, internet connections and mobile devices. A storage agent is arranged to store communications usage data from the communications resources and a delivery agent is arranged to deliver communications usage data to a subscribing management system. The usage data is pushed to the subscribing management systems when a threshold is reached.
