Workflow assement system and method

A method comprises a) defining a scenario workflow related to a selected situation; b) storing the workflow; c) establishing a set of assessment criteria relative to a plurality of workflow related events; d) retrieving the assessment criteria for at least one active event as the scenario proceeds; and e) providing the retrieved assessment criteria to an evaluator. Also disclosed is a system in which circuitry is used to provide information to an evaluator, and a system for evaluating performance during a scenario comprising software. The method and system may be used e.g. to train personnel to respond to events e.g. fires, violent domestic events, accidents or natural disasters such as earthquakes, tornadoes, floods etc.
