Preferably the inner layer comprises a blend of polymers, and contains a polar stabiliser and filler. Preferably the polar functional olefin resin is a copolymer of an olefin, and an unsaturated acid, anhydride, ester, alcohol or epoxy compound. Preferably the pipe has at least three layers. The pipe can carry hot water.
