Zusammenfassung:A light-emitting panel comprises a transparent substrate having a plurality of electroluminescent elements on the surface thereof. Dielectric elements are located between the electroluminescent elements, each being in contact with a conductive element in contact with the dielectric elements. A voltage can be applied across each electroluminescent element without the need for an expensive transparent conductive layer.
