Zusammenfassung:	A plastics bag 10 for food storage comprises two walls 12, 14 joined along their sides, and a mouth 16 in one wall 12, covered by a closure flap 18. The closure flap is attached to a face of the bag in at least two regions 20, 24, one on either side of the mouth, and can either be peelably attached to the face in one of the regions, or provided with lines of weakness, to allow access to the mouth. The bag is provided with an access means for filling, comprising an incision 64 in the front wall 12 and a corresponding incision 62 in the closure flap, with a plastics sealing web 66 joined to the front wall and disposed between the two incisions. A third region of attachment 22 may also be provided. The mouth 16 may be a line of weakness which can be ruptured to form a mouth. The bag may incorporate gussets at either end to allow for the volume of contents.
