Combined seat and bed assembly

A combined seat and bed assembly comprises a base member 10 and a back member 20 linked thereto such that it can move between a first and second position. In the first position the back member 20 is arranged such that a front face 21 thereof lies substantially perpendicular to a top face 11 of the base member 10 and defines a seat position. In the second position the front face 21 of the back member 20 lies in substantially the same plane as the top face 11 of the base member 10 to define a bed position. The back member 10 being linked to the base member 20 by a first set of arms pivotally linked at their first ends to the back member 20 and pivotally linked at their second ends to the base member 10 and by a second set of arms pivotally linked at their first ends to the back member 20 and pivotally linked at their second ends to the base member 10. The back member 20 is arranged to rotate through an angle of greater than 180{ as it moves between the first and second positions.
