Adjustable cable compensating knuckle for a stroller

A rotatably adjustable knuckle for a collapsible stroller has first and second knuckle members 114,116 each having a cable guide 114F, 116F for guiding an actuator cable through the knuckle. The actuator cable, which can be actuated to fold the stroller or adjust the handle position by a single handed actuator on the stroller handle bar, extends through first and second cable slack absorption members, such as pulleys 124, 126 housed in the first knuckle member 114. The slack absorption members take up the slack in the actuator cable when the handle, connected to knuckle member 116B is rotatable adjusted relative to the first knuckle member 114 which is connected to the frame of the stroller.
