The contents of the buffer are transferred to the second foreign agent when the change of agents is complete. The mobile node may notify the first foreign agent of the initiation of the change in agents. The arrangement prevents the need of a host 10 retransmitting data packets to the second foreign agent in a mobile Internet Protocol system. |
