Zusammenfassung:A Clutch disc comprises input disc 10, supporting spring segments (13 Fig. 1) and friction linings (8), and output hub 11 attachable via splines to a shaft. To reduce chatter on clutch engagement the clutch disc also has a dynamic damper 14 with an inertia mass 15 (001-0.004 Kgm2) connected to the hub through springs 16 (torsional resistance 0.05-0.4 Nm/degree) and stops (25 Fig. 3) in series with a slip clutch 19 comprising a ring 20 surrounding the hub and axially clamped between a disc part 27 non-rotatably attached to the hub and an axially plate spring 29 biassed disc part 28, the clamp force determining the slip moment (1-8 Nm). The disc parts may also clamp the mass with given force to provide mass-hub friction damping. The damper may be tuned to a first inherent frequency (8 to 14 Hertz).
