Zusammenfassung:	A vehicle partition (2) divides the vehicle interior into a front region (3), which has a driver's side and a front passenger's side, and a rear region (4). The partition is divided into at least two sub-units (5,6) which adjoin one another in the transverse direction of the vehicle, one sub-unit (5) being mounted immovably behind the driver's side of the front region (3), and at least one further sub-unit (6) being movable between two end positions in which a through region between the front region (3) and the rear region (4) is either released or closed.
