Water removing apparatus for vehicle wheels includes; a plurality of water removing units (100) mounted on a vehicle to be disposed around each vehicle wheel (W), each water removing unit (100) having a plurality of energy-eliminating strips (2, 2a, 3) arcuately secured in a casing (1), arcuately disposed about each wheel (W) for eliminating energy of the water droplets from a rotating wheel and for collecting the droplets entering the water removing unit (100), and a discharge system (200) fluidically connecting all of the water removing units (100) so that upon running a vehicle on a rainy day at speed, the water from each wheel will be collected in the water removing units and then drained through the water discharge system for preventing the formation of water mist and reducing unclear vision for vehicles travelling behind.
