Zusammenfassung:A spectroradiometer is calibrated by measuring the spectra of at least three blackbody radiators maintained at different temperatures. The apparatus functions, i.e. the spectral sensitivity and the inherent spectral radiation, are formulated as functions of the radiation temperatures of the blackbodies. A non-linear least squares fit is used to determine the radiation temperatures of the blackbody radiators, and a linear least squares fit is used to the determine the apparatus functions. The method can be used to calibrate IR Fourier spectrometers.
