Zusammenfassung: | A knobset having a deadbolt comprises a slide actuator 10 having a notch 28 and being linearly displaceable between retracted and advanced positions, and a spring-biased locking slide 32 so that a detent portion 30 is located within the notch when the actuator is at the advanced position. A blocking member 52 is biased upwards by a spring 72 so as to prevent displacement of the slide 32, and lowered to release the slide by energising a solenoid 48 by way of a transmitter T and receiver R. The knob may then be turned to open the door. Alternatively the door may be opened conventionally by a key which withdraws the actuator from the slide. |
