Zusammenfassung:	A dispenser for individual pre-formed bags or sheets in a stack 10 has a body part 1 in the form of a casing 2 into which is inserted an anchor part 5 for the stack 10. The anchor part 5 has a pair of catch pins 9,9 underlying an anchor plate 6 to support the stack 10 of bags or sheets for removal of individual bags or sheets from the dispenser. The body and anchor parts 1,5 are pivotally movable with respect to each other between a first relative orientation in which the catch pins 9,9 are inaccessible for operation of the dispenser and a second relative orientation in which the catch pins 9,9 are accessible for engaging the stack 10 of bags or sheets therewith.
