Zusammenfassung:	A radioactive source is housed within a container (102) which has a threaded extension (106) at one end for mounting the container within a passage in a borehole logging tool. The container (102) has a bayonet (110) at its other end for engagement with the bayonet connection (124) of a handling tool (112) for inserting the container (102) into the passage. The handling tool (112) comprises a rod (120) biased by a spring (122) within an inner tube (118). A torque wrench on the tube (112) rotates both the tube (112) and, via a locking pin, the rod (120) to torque the container to a preset value within the borehole tool passage.
