Zusammenfassung:	A customer order processing system includes a register terminal 11 for sequentially transmitting customer orders to a kitchen video controller 12, where they are sequentially displayed on a display device 13. Upon completion of preparation of a customer order the display of that order is erased by a person in charge manipulating a control switch 14. The time between reception of the customer order and the erasure is measured and stored as service time data in the kitchen video controller 12. The terminal 11 totalizes the service time data transmitted from the kitchen video controller 12, to issue a management report. With this system, the service times for the customer orders can be managed and speedy transmission of the orders to the kitchen, as well as a reduction in the time taken for the preparation of the orders, can be achieved.
