Zusammenfassung: | A random switch comprises a container 1 which preferably is a hollow sphere containing a plurality of recesses 7 each provided with a pair of terminals 8 & 9 and a free moving member 16, such as a steel ball bearing, dimensioned so as to permit entry of the member into any of the recesses, means to move the member randomly within the container so that the member enters one of the recesses, the member being adapted to bring the terminals present in the recess so entered by the member into electrical connection in order to illuminate a lamp 5. As shown, the sphere which has a transparent top and a heavier bottom containing a battery 14, can be rolled like a bowl or vibrated. The recesses may have pressure pads instead of terminals. The lamps may indicate a number, colour or shaped object. |
