Compounds are disclosed of formula (I> and physiologically acceptable salts thereof, wherein W represents a group or Z represents a group (CH2) qR (where q is 0, 1 or 2 and R is a hydroxy group or a group R CONH-, R NHCONH-, R R NSO2NH- or R SO2NH); R and R represent hydrogen or a C1-3alkyl group; R represents a C1-3alkyl group; R and R each independently represent hydrogen or a C1-3 alkyl group with the proviso that the sum total of carbon atoms in R and R is not more than 4; Q and Q each represent optionally substituted phenyl or pyridyl; X represents a bond or a C1-7alkylene, C2-7alkenylene or C2-7alkynylene group, and Y represents a bond or a C1-5 alkylene, C2-5alkenylene or C2-5alkynylene group with the proviso that the sum total of carbon atoms in X and Y is not more than 9.
