Zusammenfassung:	In the case of rotational-speed differences occurring between the wheels (1, 2), a control device (10) intervenes in the distribution of the drive power of an engine (3) to the permanently driven wheels (1) and/or the wheels (2) which can be drive-connected. This intervention occurs for a particular holding time which is progressively extended if a new intervention becomes necessary after a test disconnection of the respective intervention. In addition or alternatively, the control device (10) can respond more sensitively and thus more quickly to rotational-speed differences of the wheels (1, 2) which may occur again during or after a test disconnection.
