Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: To obtain a pharmaceutical composition containing oxymetazoline, polymyxin B and diaveridine and exhibiting synergistic effect on the treatment of diarrhea. CONSTITUTION: This composition is produced by using 1-18 pts.wt. of 6,9,18-tris (2-aminoethyl)15-benzyl-21[2,8-bis(2-aminoethyl)-5(1-hydroxyethyl)15-m ethyl-4,7, 10-trioxo3,6,9triazaheptadecanamide]-3(1-hydroxyethyl)-12-isobutyl-1,4 ,7,10, 13,16,19 heptaazacyclotricosane2,5,8,11, 14,17,20heptanone or its salt, 1-160 pts.wt. of 2,4-diamino-5(3',4'-dimethoxybenzyl) pyrimidine and, as necessary, 1-66 pts.wt. of 2-[2,6-dimethyl-3-hydroxy4-(t-butyl)benzyl]-2imidazoline or its salt and compounding conventional components to the obtained mixture.
