Wire attaching apparatus for a label

PURPOSE:To obtain a highly reliable tag wire fitting apparatus, by sending out a tag between the first and second wire guides to pierce wires through the second wire guide from the first wire guide and rotating a rotary drum in tag drawn-out state to twist the wires each other. CONSTITUTION:When the tag 2 drawn out to an endless belt 58 passes through a tag insert port 43, a sensor 84 detects the tag and stops the transfer thereof when the tag reaches a position where wires 3 must be passed. Wire feed-in rollers 74, 75 are driven to feed the wires 3 into upper and lower fixed wire guides 71, 72 and the upper and lower wire guides 49, 50 mounted on a rotary drum 4 and the wires 3 pierce through the hole 21 of the tag 2. Next, the tag 2 is separated from the rotary drum 4 by a paper feed-out mechanism 6 and the rotary drum 4 is subsequently rotated to cut the wires 3 by the lower end of the lower fixed wire guide 72 and the upper end of the upper wire guide 49. The rotary drum 4 is further rotated and the paper feed-out mechanism 6 is driven to move the tag 2 in a separating direction to twist the wires 3.
