Tetraorganodisiloxanebisaroylester preparation

Reaction of halosilolylaroyl halides with excess of an alkanol yields the disiloxane esters. The corresponding polysiloxane esters can be obtained by equilibration of the product with a cyclic tetrasiloxane.
