Tile and batten with mutually interlocking parts of unplasticized polyvinyl chloride

An extruded tile 1 and batten 2 with mutually interlocking parts made from U.P.V.C. which is fire resistant, resistant to corrosion and of high mechanical strength. Tiles are slid onto or off of battens 2 by way of guide rail parts 14 and 15 of the battens. An adhesive applied to first and last tiles on batten fully secures and seal against weather, alternatively an extruded U.P.V.C. Dry Verge may be used to prevent tile removal by sliding.
