CURRENT COLLECTING ELEMENT OF A SECOND-CLASS ELECTRODE AND METHOD FOR THE OBTENTION THEREOF

Zusammenfassung: | The current collecting element of a second-class electrode is formed from a homogenous mass containing a galvanically treated silver powder in an amount of 70 to 100% by mass, of which the particles are covered with silver chloride and with a gelatin or poly-N-vinylpyrrolidone film by galvanization so that silver, silver chloride and said polymer film are contained, repectively, at the ratio of 69 - 97.9 : 2 - 30 : 0.1 - 1, whilst a rapid-hardening acrylic copolymer is contained in an amount of 0 - 30% by mass. The current collecting element of the second-class electrode is obtained by preliminary galvanical chloridization of the silver powder until obtaining the product of said composition, subsequently mixing the chloridized silver powder in an amount of 70 - 100% by mass and the rapid-hardening acrylic copolymer in an amount of 0 - 30% by mass until obtaining the homogenous mass from which the current collecting element of the second-class electrode is formed. |
