Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:	A heat water cylinder 1 is provided with a thermally insulating housing 2 and has an inlet 7 for supplying heated water from a boiler 6 to an internal heat exchanger and an outlet 8 to return water to the boiler 6. The cylinder 1 supplies domestic hot water by means of an outlet pipe 13. The housing 2 surrounds the cylinder 1 with clearance to form a passage 4 for air to be heated by the surface of the cylinder 1, the air being supplied to the housing 2 by a fan 3 and leaving via a vent 23. A metal mesh sleeve 5 is secured to the wall of the cylinder 1 to cause the air flow in the passage 4 to be turbulent to improve the heat transfer.
