The pivot assembly 22 enables the base frames 18,20 to move from an operative horizontal position to an inoperative vertical position which is suitable for storage and transportation. Downward pressure on the base frames 18,20 effects disengagement of grooves in bifurcated end members 40 with ribs 36 on base 24. Stability is increased by use of a dense filling. |
