Zusammenfassung: | An optical emission pattern representing a first binary function is produced by a liquid crystal dot matrix display device 10a illuminated by a source 38. The pattern is controlled by the output of CCD imager 22 viewing an electron microscope image 19. A second LCD 10b operating as an image pattern radiation relay stores a single frame from the CCD imager 22 as a reference image. The functions represented by the images on the LCDs 10a and 10b are superimposed and viewed by a transducer 44 which may be a CCD imager or a camera tube and generates a signal representing a convolution product of the two functions. This signal can be used to control the object position in the electron microscope 16. |
