Zusammenfassung:The device comprises a two-layer plate, one layer 2 of which has a low thermal conductivity. At least two metal cooling tubes are incorporated into the said plate in such a way that they are separated by a gap and that the interface 5 of the layers 2 and 3 forming a plate traverses the cavity of the said tubes longitudinally and substantially parallel to the plane of the plate. According to the invention, the interface 5 of the layers 2 and 3 forming the plate is displaced relative to the diametral plane of the cooling tubes on the side on which the layer 2 of low thermal conductivity is situated.
