Zusammenfassung: | Each of a pair of boot heaters comprises a shaped member adapted to conform to the general outline of the inside of a boot or shoe, and supporting a former 10 on which is wound an electrical heating element 12 connected in series with a thermostatically operated switch 22 which opens if the temperature of the heater exceeds a predetermined threshold. Electrical power to each heating element 12 is supplied from the electrical mains, either directly or through a step-down transformer. Electrical power may be supplied to the heating element 12 through a control circuit and timer. |
