PAPER MACHINE HAVING A HEAD BOX WITH A PLURALITY OF TUYERES

The head box with tuyeres (100) has a tuyere chamber (120), two converging outer walls (95, 96) and an outlet nozzle (121) of the tuyere. There is provided at least three separate supply systems for the chamber with different liquids and those systems are arranged so that the three liquid streams, having the width of the machine, traverse the chamber of the tuyere. The two streams flowing on the outer walls (95, 96) consist of fiber suspensions, with which a two layer fiber band is formed, for example in a two web molder (101-106). The central stream has no fresh fibers and water is preferably used and such water is therefor used to separate the two suspension fiber streams. Thus it is only the matter of arranging in the chamber of the tuyere (120) narrow walls (124), at the most in the inlet area. With the water stream forming the separation layer, it is also possible to bring filling material and fine material to the fiber bands, in the course of formation.
