Zusammenfassung:	The resistance material of the invention comprises a glass frit and a conductive phase comprising fine particles of tin oxide. Also included is an insulating material containing an oxide of zirconium (preferably ZrO2, CaZrO3, BaZrO3 or SrZrO3), which has been found to provide particular advantages in making high-value resistances. The conductive phase may optionally include an additive such as Ta2O5. Methods of making resistors with the material and resistors made thereby are also described.
