Zusammenfassung:	14,747. Tittenton, F. Oct. 19. Breech actions, sliding breech-block.-Relates to bolt-action rifles in which the closing of the breech operates the trigger mechanism. The invention consists in an attachment, which can be fitted to existing rifles, carrying a connexion from the trigger to a member lying outside the stock in a position in which it is engaged by the bolt lever when the breech is locked. In the construction shown in Fig. 1, a plate b fixed to the stock is formed with a bearing for a spindle a, which carries a crank e connected by a link g to the trigger j, and an arm c adapted to be engaged and turned by the ]ever k of the bolt.
