2746. Cox, F. J. Feb. 20. Tops for spinning on surfaces.-A whip top a, Fig. 1, is provided with a disk c coloured as indicated in Fig. 2, and freely pivoted at a point c centrally of the disk but eccentrically of the top. Reference has been directed by the Comptroller to Specification 9496/06.
