Improvements in and relating to a Combined Tool Box and Carrier for Motor or the other Cycles

Luggage-carriers.-A shallow box for tools and fittings for motor and other cycles is secured above the usual carrier, to which it is fastened by means which may be adjusted to any size of fixed carrier, the top of the box when in place acting as the carrier. A door 2 secured by a hasp and opening outwards is fitted at the back of the box 1, which is divided into two divisions by a partition 3, each division being fitted with a drawer, which may again be subdivided but is preferably formed with recesses 5 for various tools &c. The back part of the box mav be made deeper to accommodate tools requiring more depth than others. The box is riveted to side pieces 13 which are bolted to bottom pieces 9 clamped at 10 to the side members of the carrier. The heads of the bolts 11 may be dovetailed to slide in slots in the bars 9 so that the clips 10 may be moved transversely to adjust the device to the particular size of carrier.
