Springs.-A pneumatic tube for use particularly with the hub described in Specification No. 9403, A.D. 1905, [Abridgment Class Wheels &c.], is provided with two canvas diaphragms a in order to prevent expansion of the upper part of the tube while allowing compression. The inflation tube c is placed at the side, and a thick band b of canvas is attached, preferably to a canvas jacket enclosing the tube, by means of a flat tube b of canvas.
