Pneumatic wheels. -The wooden felloe a, strengthened by metal side cheeks e, is recessed at c to receive the pneumatic tube d, which supports an outer channelled metal rim f, formed in semicircular halves secured together by plates h and screws j. To ensure a positive drive, pins projecting from the rings e engage in grooves in the side flanges of the rim f, which may be provided with an outer metal tread ring l.
